Neptune designs and builds bespoke web applications for organisations across the world: operational systems that staff run their business on, and applications their customers use. We build on a core set of established cloud platforms (Supabase for the database and sign-in, Vercel for hosting, GitHub for the code, PostHog for session recordings and analytics, Sentry or PostHog for error tracking) so that the infrastructure is secured, patched and independently audited by specialists, and our effort goes into the parts that are yours: who can see what, how people sign in, how every change is reviewed, and how problems reach us.

Each system runs in one of three ways: in Neptune's managed space on platform plans independently audited to SOC 2 and ISO 27001, in your own accounts set up to our standard, or in your own accounts at the plans you choose. Where your IT or security team wants more, such as single sign-on to the platforms, extra network controls or longer log retention, it can be added to your system.
